ECO Hub

The Eco club was formed after a sermon on Green Issues when a number of parishioners came together to discuss how as a church we can care better forour environment. Many projects have been undertaken in the last year including stepping up our recycling efforts, mounting bird boxes and planting wildflowers in the churchyard, holding a poster competition and also a sun flower growing competition, changing all our lighting to LED lights and litter picks in the local community. Future plans include buying solar panels for the hall and possibly fitting an electrical charging point for cars.
