Experience the power of community!
Join us for our monthly services at Glenabbey, Dunanney, and the Glebe nursing homes. Just 20 minutes long, our sessions bring joy to residents, with time for heartfelt chats afterward. Together, we make a difference!
Rev. Andy and Alfred Knox are pictured at the most recent visit to Glenabbey Nursing Home in September. Visits to Glenabbey take place on the 3rd Thursday of each month, and as you can see from the pictures, the visits are well received.
If you would like to join the team please speak to Andy as we are always looking for new volunteers.
Members of the church visit three of the four Nursing homes in the Parish monthly for a short service.
The Glebe and Dunanney are visited on the 2nd Thursday of every month and Glenabbey holds a service on each of its 3 floors on the third Thursday of each month.
The services are only 20 minutes long, consisting of hymns, prayers, a reading and a short thought, and afterwards there is time to talk to the residents who all really appreciate our visits.
