RICHARD JAMES CLARKE

Richard James Clarke, Vicar of Carnmoney 1903-1946. His son was author of Thirty Centuries in South East Antrim. Rev Clarke's three sons all served and were wounded in the First World War. His youngest son, Stewart Studdert Clarke, drowned off Salamis, Greece on 3rd May 1924 while engaged in research work for Exeter College.
